Elite Rehab and Sports Therapy is a therapist owned outpatient physical therapy practice. We pride ourselves on providing individualized treatment in a one on one setting. Your treatment plan is always based on your unique goals. We utilize a variety of techniques including trigger point dry needling and the Graston Technique.
Our goal is to get you back participating in those activities that bring passion and enjoyment to your life. We are active in the community working with various youth sports teams, the Merrimack Girl Scouts, The Merrimack Chamber of Commerce, and In the Net Sports Academy.
Meryl Sullivan, DPT, Cert. VRS, Cert DN Owner
Meryl Completed her Bachelor’s in Allied Health and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. She is passionate about working with youth sports programs to reduce injuries, provide coaches trainings, and ensure that kids return to sports safely after injury. Meryl has experience treating chronic pain, work related injuries, sports medicine, concussion management, post-operative rehabilitation, and a variety of orthopedic conditions. She is a Graston provider and is trained in trigger point dry needling. Meryl teaches Kinesiology taping and movement assessment nationally, and utilizes the movement model of rehabilitation with her patients to restore them to their highest level of function.
In her free time Meryl enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Watching her daughter and step-sons grows and learn is a favorite past time. She volunteers with her local fire department as an EMT and enjoys gardening, skiing and doing stained glass.
Jade Schwalbe, DPT, Cert VRS, Cert DN
Jade Completed her Bachelor's degree in Allied health from Stonehill College. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Since graduating she has worked in outpatient settings in Virginia and spoken numerous times at NASA. She is trained in Graston and specializes in treating foot and ankle conditions. She has experience treating post-op, sports medicine and soft tissue/connective tissue related pathology. She enjoys helping her patients achieve their indidvidual goals and getting them back to the activties they love doing.
In her free time Jade spends time on lake Winnipesaukee with her family. She loves to take her dogs for walks and read.
Kelly Hardy, Office Coordinator
Kelly joins our team with an extensive background in health and fitness. She is a certified fitness instructor and also works to help athletes heal and recover at Peak recovery. She is a southern NH native and worked for many years as a teacher in Nashua.
Kelly is an avid runner, and spends her free time cheering on her daughter at Volleyball games!
