Meryl Sullivan, DPT, Cert VRS, Cert DN, Owner

Meryl Completed her Bachelor’s in Allied Health and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. She is passionate about working with youth sports programs to reduce injuries, provide coaches trainings, and ensure that kids return to sports safely after injury. Meryl has experience treating chronic pain, work related injuries, sports medicine, concussion management, post-operative rehabilitation, and a variety of orthopedic conditions. She is a Graston provider and is trained in trigger point dry needling and spinal manipulation. Meryl utilizes the movement model of rehabilitation with her patients to restore them to their highest level of function.

In her free time Meryl enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Watching her daughter and step-sons grows and learn is a favorite past time. She enjoys gardening, skiing and making pizza.

Michelle Cook, PTA, CPT

Michelle graduated from Becker College with an Associates Degree in 1994 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked in various settings including sports orthopedics throughout New England.  She also moved to Southern California to develop an Aquatics Program in 2002.

Her passion for physical activity and her desire to get people back to their previous lifestyles led her to a career as a PTA.  Her skill set consist of sports orthopedics/medicine, post operative care, chronic pain, aquatics & work-related injuries. She is  Graston Certified & utilizes cupping, kinesiology taping & a lot of manual work into her treatments.

She wrote an article on Retro Training back in 2012 encouraging a “mechanical re-set” without joint compression – a clever adjunct to any exercise level.

She enjoys spending time with her wonderfully blended family of five as well as a couple of fur babies. She’s an avid Mountain Biker, ATV’er, Skier & Snowmobiler as well as Hiking & Gardening.
